Helped research, redesign and build the center’s web-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training program, with the goal of increasing use of evidence-based practices in community mental healthcare.

Research

I analyzing qualitative data from community mental health providers who participate in the program, to understand their pain points and needs.

I also conducted preliminary analyses on web-based training data to understand drop-out rates.

Design and development

I redesigned and helped build web-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training modules, based on feedback from clinicians.
